This page shows the contents of your shopping cart.  When you click Checkout you will be taken to PayPal for payment.  If you do not currently have a PayPal account you will be enabled to set one up.  I will not see at any stage your credit card or bank details.

 

A printed receipt and return shipping label will be included with the item(s) - see below.  However, PayPal wil give you the option of sending the item(s) to a delivery address which is different from yours - for example in the case of a present.  If you exercise that option I will send the invoice by email to you. Please contact me by email if you would like the item(s) gift-wrapped - for which I charge a £5 fee.

 

When you finish the checkout process an automatic email will be sent to me with your order.  My usual aim is to confirm, within 48 hours maximum, that I have received your order and have the item(s) in stock (usually I do it in a lot less than that), and to post within another 48 hours  (again usually much less).    I use tracked postage - usually First Class Recorded within the UK - and will email you the Tracking Number as confirmation that the order has been posted.

 

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, which came into effect on 13 June 2014, for orders within the European Union you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel.  If you decide on a return you are responsible for returning the item(s) using tracked postage and including, in any case of damage, the original packing  - a return label will be included with my invoice which will accompany your order.  Refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after return.  However, I very much hope that you will like the work when you receive it!

 

Please note : The products offered on this site are directed at UK residents.  Accordingly, while I am delighted to offer to send my work outside the UK (but not to Australia or New Zealand as no couriers will deliver to those countries), I cannot represent that the products are appropriate for use outside the UK.  While I foresee no reason why any of my products should not conform, it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; I will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

I am not aware of any instances, but you may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your order anywhere outside the UK.  Please be aware that payment of these duties is your responsibility.

 

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are payable in that currency.  I am not registered for VAT.
