A pair of salad servers in ash with sapele inserts.  The spoon and fork ends are stainless steel, bought in from a quality supplier in Sheffield.

The finish is food safe oil.  Clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately.  If the wooden surfaces become mottled, wipe with fine wire wool (0000 grade) and coat lightly with any vegetable oil, leaving for 24 hours before use.
