Paperweight in African blackwood with inset hallmarked silver disc. Supplied in a presentation box.

The disc is removable so that it can be cleaned without marking the wood.  It is held in place with a permanent magnet fixed to the inside and held against a steel screw inside the paperweight.  It comes supplied with a hallmarked cast matchstick.  The disc is removed by inserting the matchstick in a hole underneath and pushing the disc out.  Once cleaned, the disc relocates in the top.  If the silver matchstick were ever lost a normal one will serve just as well. 

The silver disc can be engraved eg with a name. 

Dust as necessary - it weighs over 400 grams so don't drop it on your foot!
